Hoofddorp, 20 October 2021 – Macaw today announced that it has earned the Microsoft Low Code Application Development Advanced Specialization as a Microsoft Gold Partner. The Microsoft Advanced Specializations are built on the related gold competencies that partners such as Macaw can earn. This is the fourth advanced specialization to have been earned by Macaw, which serves as recognition for the company’s know-how and strong validation of its expertise in building digital solutions through Power Apps and related technologies in the no-code/low-code application platform space.
Validation
The specialization was awarded through customer deployments, exceeding a set threshold of certifications and by demonstrating specific Microsoft cloud capabilities, which ensure high quality roll-outs for customers. Other criteria included cloud telemetry-based proof of production implementations using Power Platform components, as well as having a service in the App Source. In addition to demonstrating knowledge and experience in driving customer adoption of Microsoft low code solutions, realizing a specific number of built applications and active users, the growth of active users was also monitored. In this area, Macaw has realized a growth of 35% in the last 12 months.
