Four Macawers joined the ‘Azure Synapse Technical Boot Camp’ – and this is exactly what happened: they got inspired, exchanged their knowledge with other experts and had fun. After completing the four day program last Friday we only hear positive sounds. Together with other cloud technology professionals in the world they joined hands-on trainings, discussed on various Azure related matters and challenged each other in PoC challenges.
Microsoft Azure Synapse
Azure Synapse, Microsoft’s cloud data warehouse platform, is still in preview and our own Azure Data & Analytics Architect, Henko Kors, has been closely involved in the development of Azure Synapse. Please watch this video to learn more on his participation.

Talent management
One of these talents is Thomas van Bilsen. On September 1st he joined us as he wanted to work in a dynamic and innovative company with a focus on Azure. He was very pleased with the given opportunity to join the Azure bootcamp in his first month. And it proved him the value Macaw lays in its people, and in talent management. Next to Thomas also Rick van der Horst from the Dutch team, and Miroslav Sugalskij and Aleksandras Mandyc from the Lithuanian office successfully completed the bootcamp. Congrats guys!
